All of these questions are on the listing description and can be found in your booking confirmation but, when planning our vacation we often have a million things to think about and sometimes forget some small, but very important details.
Here is a list of our most commonly asked questions:
1. When will I receive the check-in instructions?
All confirmation and arrival instructions will be e-mailed to you via a digital welcome package. Sixty days prior to your arrival and after your balance is paid in full you will receive your check-in instructions. Then, three days prior to your check-in date you will receive an automated e-mail asking you to confirm that you have received your check-in instructions. Your check-in instructions include directions and arrival instructions including your personal code to the key-less lock.
2. How do I check in?
We aim to start your vacation off right and have equipped our units with a key-less door lock. Your e-mail with the check-in instructions included your personal code to the lock. This code was generated for you to be used throughout your stay.
3. What time can I check-in?
Check-in time is 3:00 PM
4. Can I check in early?
We understand that due to travel schedules our guests sometimes arrive early and are eager to get into their accommodations. Unfortunately, the condo may not be ready for our guests. In order for our housekeeping staff to do a thorough job cleaning and taking care of any maintenance issues preparing the condo for your arrival, it is essential that they have a window of uninterrupted time to complete all tasks. Please call if you require an early check-in and we will do our best to accommodate you.
5. Where do we park? There are two covered, reserved parking spots just below your unit. Parking is provided on site for two cars. Parking spots are clearly market with the unit number you are staying in.
6. Do you provide linens or towels? Yes, we provide all linens and towels for our yes, we provide all linens and towels for our guests.

Our condos have 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom and the second bedroom has an adjoining bathroom. Both are 4 piece and recently have been beautifully renovated.
8. Is there a washer and dryer available? Yes, there is a private, full size washer and dryer available in our units.
9. Can I check out late?
Check-out time is 10:00 AM.
Arrangements can be made for a late check-out, but requests must be communicated in advance. All requests will be considered, but cannot always be accommodated.
Our housekeeping staff arrive promptly at 10:00 AM to prepare our units for the next guest arrival. If another guest is not arriving on the same day and maintenance is not scheduled it might be possible to arrange a late check-out.
10. What do I do at Check-out?
Small items can easily be left behind so please make sure you check all drawers and closets for any personal belongings. Please empty out the refrigerator and place any trash in the large receptacle bins outside. Although a housekeeping attendant comes after you leave to ensure the property is clean, we ask you to leave the property in the same condition you received it in. Our housekeeping staff will take care of the rest.
11. Do you have restaurant recommendations?
We sure do, in fact many of the best restaurants we recommend are only a short walk from our condo. We have a number of suggestions and have dined at each and every one of them so we can provide you with our personal reviews.
