This is something the whole family can enjoy at any time. A good breakfast option or even midday snack. All of these ingredients are readily available on the island or at the weekly farmers market.

  3. 1 Peeled Mango
  4. 1 Cup Pineapple
  5. 1 Cup Coconut Water
