After, or even during, a long day at the beach enjoying the sugar sand beaches of Anna Maria Islands beaches I like to rewind with a refreshing tropical smoothie. This is something the whole family can enjoy at any time. A good breakfast option or even midday snack. All of these ingredients are readily available on the island or at the weekly farmers market.
- 1 Fresh Florida Orange
- 1 Ripe Banana
- 1 Peeled Mango
- 1 Cup Pineapple
- 1 Cup Coconut Water
